➼ I have the right to decline any commission, or discontinue a commission [with a refund, so long as the reason for discontinuing was not due to any disrespect towards me or others]

➼ Payment, unless otherwise stated, is due 50% up front after delivering the sketch
➼ Payment will be done through Paypal in CAD. I also accept payment in Discord Nitro, and MAY accept Robux vouchers [only if the currency is CAD]
EXTRA FEES
➼ I will charge a design fee if you don't have a clear, drawn reference for your character. The reference must show at least most of the design, be unshaded, and clear to read
➼ The exact prices of the fees above can vary and are based on the complexity of the commission/how much extra work I will have to do

➼ On average, it takes between 2 days and about a week to finish the commission, depending on the complexity, and any real life responsibilities that I have
UPDATES
➼ I will send updates throughout the process asking for input/any changes you may want as I work on the commission. At the very least, I will send a screenshot of each stage.
DEADLINES
➼ Deadlines will be agreed upon before the start of the commission.
➼ I will always try my hardest to complete your commission within a timely manner, but life gets in the way sometimes & can cause delays. Please be understanding of this. If anything comes up/causes a delay, I will be sure to let you know ASAP.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALL ARTWORK MADE TO:
➼ Promote myself for advertising purposes.
➼ Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.
➼ Use as examples to others, with the watermark attached.
➼ Not be for commercial use, meaning you cannot make profit. This is for personal use ONLY unless discussed and agreed upon between me and the client.
THE CLIENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
➼ Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
➼ Share/Repost their artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artist.
➼ Request that their art piece not be displayed on other platforms by the artists. You must request this either before or when you receive the artwork for this
